The beginning

More than four decades of community service led to a new kind of roofing company.

Stephen Terry spent more than 40 years serving the Pasadena community before founding Upscale Roofing in 2021. The company grew as a family-owned business, with Tyler joining as Chief Operating Officer in August 2022 and Ethan helping lead project management, operations, and customer relationships.

The aim is simple to say and demanding to deliver: create an “Upscale Experience” grounded in professionalism, exceptional workmanship, transparency, and honesty.
